These terms govern the use of the KonukGo platform provided by [Company name] ("KonukGo") by guests and businesses. By using the platform you accept these terms.
1. The service
KonukGo is a software platform that lets hotels, accommodation and service businesses offer guests a menu, service, request and messaging screen via QR code. The business is the seller and provider of the goods and services; KonukGo is not a party to the sale.
2. Orders and payment
- Prices, content and delivery times are set by the business and shown on screen.
- Payment is made directly to the business in cash or by card on delivery, or, for the hotel's own services, at the hotel (reception or check-out). No online payment is taken on the platform.
